Gas distribution system construction works

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for a natural gas distribution system in the municipalities of Mânăstirea, Chiselet and Spanțov in Călărași County. The works include the construction of a new natural gas distribution network about 37,320 meters long, connection to the existing distribution network, the execution of a Station for Regulating-Metering-Delivery (SRMP), testing, commissioning and related activities. The works will be carried out in Mânăstirea, Chiselet and Spanțov, Județul Călărași, and related sites. The contract covers only execution works (no design) and has a maximum duration of 36 months; the estimated contract value is 29,264,199.92 RON excluding VAT. A contingency of 200,000 RON is provided for miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. Compliance with licensing for regulated gas activities (ANRE) applies to the main works where applicable; further documents will be requested during the procurement process.
