Labe River, Ústí nad Labem – Left Bank, Pod Větruší Area – Ensuring Operation and Functionality of the PPO Flood Protection System

Summary

The tender concerns management and operation of the PPO flood protection system on the left bank of the Labe River in the Pod Větruší area of Ústí nad Labem. The service covers normal periods, flood risk, flooding, post-flood situations and emergencies, including the installation and removal of mobile flood barriers in accordance with the operating rules and contract specifications. The planned contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031, with an estimated value of CZK 14,860,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 10:00. A tender guarantee is required, electronic invoicing and electronic signatures are required, and variants are not permitted. The price-based award criteria concern maintenance and practice installation/removal costs outside flood conditions (70%) and costs of ensuring full functionality during flooding, including transport, installation/removal and operation of closures (30%).
