Construction of the Veletrhy Brno Logistics Centre and Central Warehouse

Summary

The restricted procedure concerns the construction of a new warehouse hall at the Veletrhy Brno site and the improvement of the surrounding area, including paved surfaces and greenery. Participation requests must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 10:00. A tender guarantee of CZK 10,000,000 is required, and it may be provided as a cash deposit, an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee, or guarantee insurance. The tender will be evaluated solely on the basis of the lowest total tender price excluding VAT. The contract is planned to start on 29 January 2027 and last 14 months.
