Mortuary transport services for the Danish police

Summary

The tender concerns round-the-clock, year-round mortuary transport services for the Danish police, divided into five lots covering different police regions. The contractor must transport deceased persons from designated collection points to locations such as chapels, hospitals or forensic medicine institutes, and carry out planned internal transfers, including hospital-to-chapel transport and return journeys after an autopsy. Bids may be submitted for and awarded up to five lots. The submission deadline is 21 October 2026. The contract will be performed on the basis of individual orders according to the contracting authority’s actual needs, with deliveries to collection and destination addresses in Denmark. The tenderer must submit an ESPD and at least one relevant reference completed within the three years before the tender deadline. The contract also includes labour-clause requirements based on OECD guidelines, ILO Convention No. 94 and Danish Circular No. 9471 of 30 June 2014.
