Cleaning of heavily clogged sewer networks and emptying of manholes

Summary

The tender concerns a four-year framework agreement for sewer network cleaning and manhole emptying services, planned for December 2026 to December 2030. The services include hydro-cleaning of stormwater sewer pipes, cleaning inspection chambers, sealing concrete joints, clearing drainage inlets, removing waste and aggregates from intervention sites, and monitoring underground pipes. The estimated value is RON 10,860,000. The maximum quantities are 20,000 metres of sewer unblocking, 54,000 metres of pipe washing and 216,000 cubic metres of manhole emptying. Environmental protection requirements apply, and electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required. Clarification requests must be submitted no later than 21 days before the tender deadline and answered no later than 10 days before it. The submission deadline is 22 October 2026.
