Drinking water supply in Slovenian Istria and the Karst hinterland: municipal infrastructure improvements and reduction of water losses in Planina, phase II

Summary

The contract covers construction of the sewerage network and associated infrastructure in Planina, phase II, under the FIDIC Red Book. The works include a 900-person-equivalent wastewater treatment plant, 3,968 m of gravity sewer, 118 m of pressure sewer with a pumping station, 2,496 m of stormwater sewer, 1,998 m of water supply network, road resurfacing, service connections and related electrical infrastructure. The contract period is 700 days. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Variants are not permitted, a tender guarantee is required and electronic invoicing is mandatory. The price is the only award criterion. The selected contractor must ensure professional and timely performance, including the daily presence of a construction manager; contractual penalties apply for certain delays and for the manager’s absence.
