Medical equipment for the regional cervical cancer prevention centre in the South-East region – CLARA project

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, transport, installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, staff training, warranty and technical support for medical equipment for a regional cervical cancer prevention centre in the South-East region under the CLARA project. The procurement is divided into four lots: (1) integrated systems for laparoscopic and open video-assisted surgery, including one 3D/4D laparoscopy tower and one open-surgery video-assisted system; (2) colposcopy and treatment equipment, including two video colposcopes, three radiocautery units, one electrocautery unit and one cryotherapy pen; (3) equipment and instruments for gynaecological consultations and procedures, including three examination tables, three examination lamps, one biopsy forceps set and eleven curettage sets; and (4) four binocular optical microscopes. The estimated value is RON 1,931,564.93 and the submission deadline is 15 October 2026. Electronic invoicing or an electronic invoicing process is required. Bidders must meet registration, medical-device distribution and servicing, quality-management and exclusion requirements, and must submit the required self-declarations and supporting evidence.
