Redevelopment of the DETh-HELEXPO site in Thessaloniki

Summary

Open procedure for the complete redevelopment of the DETh-HELEXPO site in Thessaloniki, with an estimated value of EUR 165,000,000 and a submission deadline of 12 October 2026. The project follows a design-and-build model and includes all required design work. It covers two new exhibition buildings with underground parking, renovation and functional and energy upgrading of the Ioannis Vellidis Convention Centre, approximately 120 stremmata of landscaped public and green areas, supporting utility networks, lighting, fire protection, demolition of existing buildings and management of demolition waste. The works are procured as one integrated scope. Electronic invoicing or another electronic process is required, and variants are not permitted.
