Design and construction works for urban regeneration along the Cuejdiu River – Section 2, Lot 1

Summary

The contract covers the preparation of technical-economic design documentation at the PT and DDE stages, technical assistance from the designer, and execution of urban regeneration works along the Cuejdiu River, Section 2, Lot 1. The project includes 8,516 m² of public open space, 2,386 m² of green areas, and a multifunctional outdoor space for cultural and recreational activities. The estimated value is RON 63,180,004.16 and the submission deadline is 21 October 2026.
