Framework agreement for maintenance and technical support services for the OnBase platform and SPID information system

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance and technical support services for the SPID information system and the OnBase platform on which it is built. A 36-month framework agreement will be concluded with two economic operators whose admissible tenders rank first and second, without reopening competition. The estimated framework agreement value is RON 1,792,476–4,888,404 excluding VAT. The scope includes 252–612 person-days of SPID technical support and 12–36 months of OnBase platform maintenance. The procedure is conducted fully electronically, and electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required. The deadline for tenders is 20 October 2026. The technical specifications are set out in the technical specifications document, and the contractual clauses may not be amended or accepted with reservations after the clarification deadline.
