Organisation and delivery of events for Burgas Municipality projects

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of various events under Burgas Municipality projects. A framework agreement with three service providers is planned for a period of up to three years. Services may include conferences, forums, workshops, round tables, information events and campaigns, project partner meetings, catering, participant transport, technical support, photography and video recording, visual and presentation materials, social media publications and reporting. Events may be held in person, online or in hybrid format, and the venues must be accessible to persons with disabilities. For individual events, an internal competition will be conducted among the framework agreement contractors, with at least five calendar days allowed to supplement the tender. Events will mainly take place in Burgas and, where necessary, elsewhere. The estimated contract value is EUR 215,000 and the tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026.
