Summary

The tender concerns the supply of disinfectants and antiseptic products for healthcare facilities, divided into 11 lots, with an estimated total value of RON 10,214,250. The lots cover high-, medium- and rapid-level surface disinfectants, nebulisation products, disinfectants for reusable medical instruments, hand antiseptics, chlorine-based disinfectants, antiseptic soap, disinfectant wipes and enzymatic detergents. Products must comply with the specified biocidal activity standards, including EN 14885:2022 and the relevant EN standards for bactericidal, yeasticidal, fungicidal, mycobactericidal, virucidal and sporicidal activity. Depending on the lot, the bidder must provide original-packaging samples, readable labels, accredited laboratory test reports, manufacturer declarations, product authorisations and information needed to calculate the price per litre of working solution or per treatment. Products generally require at least one year of remaining shelf life at delivery, delivery within 48 hours of an order and packaging within the specified size limits. For the hand antiseptic lot, the successful bidder must also provide approximately 280 wall-mounted sensor dispensers free of charge. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026.
