Public service contract for the provision of temporary workers

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with up to three temporary employment agencies. Over a four-year period starting on 1 January 2027, the contracting authority may flexibly order temporary workers, including workers selected and recruited by the agency, workers selected by the contracting authority and supplied through payroll services, recruitment for an immediate permanent employment contract, and, as an optional service, flexible jobs. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 16:00. Electronic invoicing and electronic signing of the tender are required; the use of an electronic catalogue is not permitted. The tender must remain valid for 120 days.
