Construction of Heavy Brigade facilities and parking at Aalborg Barracks

Summary

The restricted procurement concerns the main construction contract for facilities for the Danish Army’s Heavy Brigade at Aalborg Barracks. The project includes two identical garage buildings with three-storey office towers, vehicle manoeuvring and access areas, parking for approximately 100 cars, and the P Syd parking area with approximately 295 spaces for heavy vehicles. The total building area is approximately 13,126 m², with around 29,000 m² of paving around the buildings, approximately 45,000 m² of paving at P Syd, about 3,000 m² of landscaped areas and about 1,000 m² of pedestrian areas. The estimated contract value is EUR 270,000,000 and the deadline for applications is 9 October 2026.
