Construction of water and wastewater infrastructure and reduction of water losses in Planina – Phase II

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure in the Planina area during Phase II, including infrastructure works related to reducing water losses. The scope includes, among other things, a 900-person-equivalent wastewater treatment plant with an access road, 3,968 m of gravity sewer, 118 m of pressure sewer with a pumping station, 2,496 m of stormwater sewer, 1,998 m of water mains, service connections, and reinstatement of roads and excavated areas. The project also includes the pumping station’s electrical connection, 20 kV cable lines and two substations. The works must be performed under the FIDIC Red Book conditions. Tenderers must take into account the daily presence of a construction manager and contractual penalties for delays or the construction manager’s absence.
