Provision of Microsoft Teams Voice (One Teams Voice) Service

Summary

The National Transport Authority is procuring a fully managed, cloud-based Microsoft Teams Voice (One Teams Voice) telephony service integrated with its existing Microsoft 365 environment. The scope includes Teams Voice functionality, telephony connectivity such as SIP trunking and access to the public telephone network, migration from the existing telephony solution, and ongoing support, maintenance and service management. The supplier must deliver the service end to end, including design, implementation, transition and operation, and support calls through assigned Direct Dial-In numbers for office and remote users.
