TWB: Comprehensive refurbishment of a student residence in Chemnitz

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive refurbishment, conversion and modernisation of a student residence at Reichenhainer Straße 51 in Chemnitz. The completed building is planned to contain approximately 140 single apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, two accessible apartments, two caretaker rooms and a community lounge. The preliminary stripping-out of the building will be carried out by Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau and is not part of this contract.
