Summary

The tender concerns the installation of a building automation system for a new fire and rescue technical centre in Lemke, Marklohe municipality. The facility will include approximately 8,200 m² of usable indoor space and 9,140 m² of outdoor areas on a site of about 3.4 hectares. The works cover automation, room automation and management systems for monitoring, controlling, regulating and visualising technical installations, including KNX-DALI lighting control, sun-shading drives, window contacts and underfloor-heating valves. Approximately 500 physical and 550 shared data points are planned for building services, together with about 700 physical and 2,000 shared data points for room automation. The estimated contract value is EUR 530,717, and the tender deadline is 18 September 2026.
