Metal construction, steel elements, doors and entrance vestibule for renovation of the prison detention area

Summary

The tender concerns the refurbishment and conversion of the detention area in a listed building, including hazardous-substance remediation, renewal of technical building systems and two four-storey extensions for offices and additional cells. The works include metal construction and steel elements: 19 multi-part RC3/RC4 fire-resistance elements, 16 single-leaf fire doors, 46 steel doors, two external double-leaf steel doors and a glazed, galvanised entrance vestibule measuring approximately 340 × 260 × 240 cm with a steel-sheet roof. The usable floor area, including technical spaces, is approximately 3,363 m² and the gross volume is approximately 16,880 m³. The submission deadline is 10 September 2026.
