Heating and sanitary installation works for a laboratory building

Summary

The tender concerns heating, water, wastewater, sanitary and fire-stopping works for a laboratory building. The scope includes approximately 163 m of PP wastewater pipes, 281 m of stainless-steel drinking-water pipes, water meters, a water-softening system, sanitary fixtures, fire-stopping, insulation and associated drilling and chasing works. The heating works include connection to the existing heating distributor, pumps, distributors, approximately 640 m of stainless-steel heating pipes, 32 panel radiators, heat meters, control valves, insulation and pressure and leak testing of approximately 626 m of heating pipes. The submission deadline is 5 October 2026.
