Video conferencing equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of video conferencing systems under a framework agreement, including Cisco encoders supporting SIP video communication. The systems must operate within and connect to the contracting authorities’ complex, highly available Cisco Video Meeting Server and Expressway infrastructure. The contract also covers IMAC/R/D processes for the equipment and support services. The framework agreement will run for four years, starting upon award but not before 1 January 2027, and call-offs may be made up to a maximum value of 150% of the total awarded offer value.
