Building automation installation works for the new Stadthaus 4
Summary
The tender concerns the installation of measurement, control and regulation technology in a seven-storey administrative building, including three automation stations in the basement and decentralised floor distribution panels. The building management system must be integrated into and extend the City of Münster’s existing system. Only DEOS, Kieback&Peter and Schneider Electric products are accepted. The works must comply with the Münster AIM 2020 Building Guidelines. The submission deadline is 17 September 2026.
