Low-voltage electrical renewal and upgrade works for the Luas light rail system

Transport Infrastructure Ireland intends to establish a multi-party framework agreement for low-voltage electrical renewal and upgrade works for the Luas light rail system. The competition is restricted and will shortlist highly qualified electrical contractors for subsequent call-off contracts. Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in the design, installation, testing, commissioning and regulatory compliance of safety-critical low-voltage railway electrical systems in live rail environments, and must be capable of acting as PSDP and PSCS under Irish health and safety legislation. The estimated value is EUR 30,000,000 and the deadline for applications is 14 September 2026.
