Landscaping and garden construction works

Summary

The tender covers landscaping and garden construction works divided into two lots: eastern and western areas. Bidders may submit an offer for one lot or both. The works include paving, paths, water basins and water technology, stairs, balustrades, site furniture, planting, lawns and subsequent maintenance. Works are scheduled from 10 November 2026 to 15 September 2028, with completion maintenance until 31 October 2028 and development maintenance until 31 October 2030. The project is co-financed under the ERDF Thuringia 2021–2027 programme. Participation requires the turnover and experience evidence described below.
