Design and construction services for the Düsseldorf Public Health Office and bicycle garage

Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of a new public health office in central Düsseldorf, including a bicycle garage with capacity for approximately 1,900 bicycles. A partnering approach is planned, under which the general contractor would be involved during the design development phase and contribute to the optimisation of construction processes, logistics, costs and scheduling. Further design and turnkey construction services may be commissioned in a second stage, subject to the Düsseldorf municipal council adopting the required execution and financing decisions; there is no entitlement to the second-stage award.
