Design and Construction Framework Agreement for Playgrounds for Dublin City Council

Summary

Dublin City Council intends to establish a multi-party framework agreement for 2026–2030 covering the design and execution of works related to the installation of playgrounds for local authorities. The scope includes playground design, supply and installation of playground equipment, landscaping and safety surfacing, ancillary works, and the provision of labour, plant and materials. It may also include gym and exercise equipment, teen zones, multi-use games areas, skate and BMX areas, pump tracks and similar facilities. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation and site security until the equipment is formally taken over.
