Regular and window cleaning services for AELF Bad Neustadt an der Saale buildings

Summary

The tender concerns regular cleaning of the buildings of the Bavarian Office for Agriculture, Food and Forestry in Bad Neustadt an der Saale, as well as window and frame cleaning at two locations. It is divided into three lots: regular cleaning in Bad Neustadt an der Saale, regular cleaning in Bad Kissingen, and window and frame cleaning at both locations. The main cleaning areas are 1,666.54 m², 1,068.10 m² and 629.52 m² respectively; the annual cleaning areas are 149,962.51 m², 77,738.75 m² and 1,259.04 m². A site visit is possible but voluntary. The contract will run for four years and may be extended twice by one year; it will end no later than 31 December 2032. Tenders must be submitted by 14 September 2026 at 00:00.
