Construction of utility infrastructure and reduction of water losses in Planina, Phase II

Summary

The tender concerns the second phase of utility infrastructure works in Planina, including a 900 PE wastewater treatment plant with external works and an access road, 3,968 m of gravity sewerage, 118 m of pressure sewerage with a pumping station, 2,496 m of stormwater sewerage, 1,998 m of water pipeline, sewer and water connections, road resurfacing, and related electrical infrastructure, including 20 kV cable networks and transformer substations. The works are to be performed under the FIDIC Red Book contractual conditions and in accordance with the detailed design documentation. The selected contractor is expected to provide professional and timely performance, including the daily presence of a construction manager; contractual penalties apply for certain delays and for the manager’s absence.
