Technical services for hazardous substance and waste management

Summary

The tender concerns external hazardous substance and waste management services for construction, renovation, modernization, conversion, demolition and new-build projects, as well as potentially contaminated properties acquired by the contracting authority. The service provider must manage the proper, compliant, economical and timely handling of hazardous substances and hazardous waste, including coordination of third-party remediation, transport and disposal contractors. The actual remediation, transport and disposal works are excluded from this contract. The deadline for tenders is 7 September 2026.
