Purchase and maintenance of a comprehensive information system for the central and external pharmacies

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation, implementation, customization and integration with existing systems of a comprehensive information system for the central and external pharmacies of the University Medical Centre Ljubljana. The system must support hospital pharmacy operations, public pharmacy operations, galenic laboratory activities, and the financial, materials and warehouse management of central and departmental warehouses. The contract also includes the purchase of perpetual information-system licences, integration with WWKS2.0, and maintenance and support for the system and the data-capture terminal application for 24 months, including an unlimited number of updates. During the implementation phase, the contractor must establish and launch a test IT environment, establish the production environment and bring the system into production.
