Procurement of dark fibre user rights, operation and maintenance between Bjerkvik and Bjørnfjell

The tender concerns the procurement of user rights for two dark fibres, i.e. one fibre pair, on the route between Bjerkvik and the national border at Bjørnfjell. The contract will also cover operation and maintenance of the cable throughout its lifetime. This is a restricted procedure with a prequalification stage.
