Open-house original medicine discount agreements 2025-05 – emtricitabine/tenofovir disoproxil/rilpivirine combination

Summary

The tender concerns discount agreements to be concluded by Techniker Krankenkasse for the combination of emtricitabine, tenofovir disoproxil and rilpivirine. The aim is to conclude agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies. The terms are uniform for all participants and no individual negotiations are conducted; no contracting partner is granted exclusivity. The agreement runs for a maximum of 24 months from 1 March 2025 and ends no later than 28 February 2027, but may end earlier if the relevant patent or market exclusivity expires. Companies may join the procedure at any time during the contract term.
