Construction works for Oskarshamns Ridklubb (conversion, extension and new build)

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for Oskarshamns Ridklubb at the Oskarshamn 3:6 and 3:7 properties. The project includes conversion of the existing riding hall, a new feed storage area, extensions to two stable sections with internal technical and storage spaces, an administration section, a spectator passage, a new external washing slab and a new external manure slab. The existing building footprint is about 3,000 m² and the extension is about 1,000 m².
