Construction of a Special Educational Needs extension and roof refurbishment

Summary

The tender concerns two work packages at Scoil Mháthair Dé in Limerick: construction of a new single-storey Special Educational Needs (SEN) extension with associated alterations, mechanical and electrical services, drainage, external works and landscaping, and replacement of the existing roof, roof lights and clerestory glazing together with an upgrade of the surface water drainage system. The works will be carried out while the school remains operational, so the bidder must be able to coordinate the works carefully and ensure safety.
