Modernisation of Multichannel Service Infrastructure

Summary

The Alto Alentejo Intermunicipal Community (CIMAA) is procuring the modernisation of its multichannel service infrastructure for CIMAA, the municipalities of Avis, Monforte, Arronches, Campo Maior, Elvas, Alter do Chão, Crato, Gavião, Ponte de Sor, Nisa and Castelo de Vide, and Águas do Alto Alentejo. The single, integrated supply includes subscriptions and licences for 481 Webex Calling users, 12 Webex Meetings licences, 14 Cloud Device Registration licences, 255 Webex phones, 24 CUCM phones, and complete videoconferencing solutions for 12 rooms, together with implementation, integration, testing, documentation, training and support. Delivery and implementation are due within 45 days; the estimated and base price is €204,000 excluding VAT, and the contract includes coverage for 36 months after implementation acceptance.
