Green space and plant maintenance services with plant material supply at EMEL premises

Summary

EMEL is procuring 36 months of maintenance of green spaces and plants, together with the supply of indoor and outdoor plant material, at eight sites in Lisbon. The work includes routine care of lawns, beds, trees, shrubs, planters, indoor plants and artificial-plant panels, as well as a weekly fresh-flower arrangement at the headquarters. The contract also provides an allowance for additional maintenance of up to 500 m² of green space and up to 10 planters per month. The estimated base price is €273,540 excluding VAT; the procurement is not divided into lots.
