Summary

SPMS, the Portuguese Ministry of Health’s Shared Services entity, is procuring specialised operational support for the National Health Service Control and Monitoring Centre (CCMSNS), which processes and verifies invoices submitted by contracted providers. The procurement has two lots, each for a separate team of 10 document operations technicians and an estimated 63,360 hours over 36 months.
