Adult cardiopulmonary support set with equipment installation

Summary

The Local Health Unit of São José is procuring an estimated 60 adult cardiopulmonary support sets in one lot for use in Lisbon, under a contract with an estimated value of EUR 258,000 excluding VAT. The sets are for adult ECMO and include a kit approved for use beyond 15 days, an antithrombotic-coated circuit with 3/8-inch tubing and integrated pressure and temperature sensors, and four sterilizable clamps plus tube scissors or equivalent reusable devices. The supply also includes installation of at least one high-flow adult ECMO machine (>5 L/min), with a heat exchanger, an air-and-oxygen gas flow meter/mixer capable of at least 10 L/min, and an integrated transport trolley. The contract runs for up to three years or until the estimated quantities have been delivered, whichever occurs first.
