Maintenance and support for Exadata Database Machine and Oracle infrastructure, ZFS Storage and software

Summary

Turismo de Portugal is procuring maintenance, support and technical assistance for Oracle systems in two lots. Lot 1 covers the Exadata Database Machine X9M-2 platform; Lot 2 covers Oracle infrastructure and ZFS Storage equipment, together with technical assistance for Oracle software. The services include 24/7 support, updates and fixes, and replacement of defective components covered by manufacturer support, through 31 December 2027. The maximum prices, excluding VAT, are €234,100 for Lot 1 and €308,200 for Lot 2, for a total of €542,300.
