Cleaning services for 2027

Summary

MODATEX is procuring cleaning services for its headquarters and training and regional offices in Porto, Lisbon, Covilhã, Vila das Aves and Barcelos for 1 January–31 December 2027. The five lots have maximum prices, excluding VAT, of EUR 81,500 for Porto, EUR 52,000 for Lisbon, EUR 31,000 for Covilhã, EUR 28,000 for Vila das Aves and EUR 28,000 for Barcelos, totalling EUR 220,500. The services cover routine cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, sanitary facilities and windows, with periodic deep cleaning.
