Procurement of supermarket cards
Summary
The Portuguese Council for Refugees is procuring up to 650 supermarket cards, each with a fixed value of €50, for beneficiaries to purchase food and hygiene products. Orders will be placed in phases according to actual needs between early December 2026 and 30 June 2028, up to a maximum contract value of €32,500 excluding VAT. The cards must block purchases of alcoholic beverages and be usable at participating stores in Lisbon and Loures.
