Organization and delivery of the Guarda Christmas City 2026 event

The Municipality of Guarda is procuring the design, organization, operation and dismantling of the Guarda Christmas City 2026 event. The single contract covers festive structures and decorations, lighting and sound, attractions including an ice rink and ice ramp, and entertainment and performances. The event runs from 1 December 2026 to 6 January 2027; installation begins in November and dismantling is to be completed by 15 January 2027. The estimated and maximum price is EUR 214,000 excluding VAT.
