Logistics services for exhibition areas at the Hunting, Fishing and Rural Development Fair – 18th edition

Summary

The Municipality of Almeida is procuring logistics services and the rental, transport, installation and removal of structures and equipment for the 18th Hunting, Fishing and Rural Development Fair, held from 29 to 31 January 2027 at the Vilar Formoso Multi-Purpose Pavilion and surrounding area. The scope includes 5,360 m² of carpet, 357 m² of non-slip linoleum, kitchen stands, exhibition stands and bars, sanitary containers, tents and connecting structures, emergency exits and ramps, heat pumps, fire-safety equipment, stage coverings and a lit entrance structure. Maintenance and technical assistance are required throughout the three event days, with dismantling and removal afterwards. The estimated and maximum base price is EUR 155,335.42 excluding VAT; the contract is not divided into lots.
