Acquisition of a Document and Process Management System

Summary

The National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM) is procuring an integrated document and process management system, including 1,200 user licences, implementation, process consultancy, training, support and maintenance. Implementation is to be completed within 6 months; the contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 and includes 12 months of user support, 30 months of maintenance and a 1,050-hour consultancy allowance. The estimated contract value is EUR 387,745 excluding VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots.
