Monitoring and quality control of UNIR Network contract performance

Summary

Transportes Metropolitanos do Porto (TMP) is procuring a 12-month service to monitor and quality-check the performance of contracts for the UNIR public transport network throughout the Porto Metropolitan Area. The work includes inspecting transport operations, vehicles, stops and related infrastructure, ticketing systems and passenger complaints; collecting and georeferencing network information; supporting passenger surveys; recording breaches; and producing periodic service-quality reports with proposed corrective measures. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a maximum value of EUR 176,400 excluding VAT.
