Solicitors’ professional liability insurance for 2027

The Order of Solicitors and Enforcement Agents is procuring a professional liability insurance policy for approximately 5,000 solicitors, covering 1 January to 31 December 2027. Coverage must provide EUR 100,000 per insured solicitor and an annual aggregate insured amount of at least EUR 500 million; the policy must also allow optional supplementary cover of EUR 100,000 per solicitor.
