Professional liability insurance for enforcement agents – 2027

Summary

The Portuguese Order of Solicitors and Enforcement Agents is procuring professional civil liability insurance for up to 1,100 enforcement agents for 2027. Coverage is to provide €100,000 per insured agent and an annual insured amount of at least €110 million; optional supplementary policies providing a further €100,000 per agent must also be available. The insurance has a maximum annual premium budget of €150,000 excluding VAT, and the per-claim deductible is 10% of the loss, subject to a minimum of €1,000 and a maximum of €2,500. There are no lots.
