Development and implementation of a digital solution for public administration training-needs diagnosis

Summary

The National Institute of Administration is procuring the development and implementation of a generative-AI-enabled digital solution for diagnosing public-administration training needs, integrated with its COFAP training portal. The solution will identify competencies, produce training-needs diagnoses, recommend courses and generate training-plan proposals for individual public entities and wider administrative areas. The procurement is not divided into lots; the contract period is 60 days and the estimated value is EUR 311,000 excluding VAT.
