Framework agreement for liberalised-market electricity supply with indexed pricing and value-added services

Summary

The Association of Irrigators and Beneficiaries of Silves, Lagoa and Portimão is establishing a framework agreement for liberalised-market electricity with OMIE/MIBEL-indexed pricing, the option of price hedging, and energy management and optimisation services. The agreement covers two lots: six normal low-voltage connections, with estimated annual consumption of 62 MWh, and ten medium-voltage connections, with estimated annual consumption of 2,223 MWh. The total estimated annual consumption is 2,285 MWh across 16 connections; the initial term is 60 months, with renewals bringing the maximum term to 108 months. Services include energy monitoring and reporting, invoice checks, and support for photovoltaic self-consumption and renewable energy communities.
