Urban Furniture Maintenance Works in Lisbon

Summary

The Municipality of Lisbon is procuring maintenance, repair, installation and removal works for urban furniture, together with related construction and painting works. The scope includes, among other things, work on benches, bollards, planters, litter bins, street-name signs, railings and lighting columns, as well as removing advertising panels and cleaning and painting surfaces. The procurement is divided into five geographical lots covering Lisbon’s eastern, central, historic-centre, western and northern areas. Each lot has an estimated value of either €600,000 or €700,000 excluding VAT, and the works are scheduled to last 540 days.
